Hello World! Welcome to Passion's Corner

I'm Liu Yaojie, known as Passion. In this first post, I share who I am, why I built this site, and what you'll find here.

Hi, I’m Liu Yaojie, and you can call me Passion

Welcome to my corner of the internet.

Why “Passion”?

Friends always said I do things with intensity and enthusiasm, whether I’m coding, exploring new technologies, playing basketball, or gaming. That is how “Passion” became my nickname, and honestly, I like it.

Right now, I mainly work in AI-related areas, but my technical interests go far beyond one track.

What I’m working on

My stack is broad, and that is exactly what makes this journey fun:

  • Backend: Python, Go
  • Frontend: Node.js, Vue, TypeScript
  • Tools: VS Code, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini, Codex, OpenClaw, and more (in the AI era, tools change faster than clothes 😂)
  • Core domains: cloud operations, AI development, large models, low-code development
  • Recently exploring: video editing, AI short/slow drama workflows, turning AI-generated scripts and visuals into edited clips

I believe technology is a means, not the final goal.
Its real value is in building useful things, solving real problems, and making complex work simpler.

Why I built this site

The idea behind this blog is simple: share experience, learn together, and keep learning.

In day-to-day work and experiments, I constantly hit obstacles and gather lessons. They used to stay in local notes. Now I want to bring them into public, let them breathe, and hopefully help anyone who passes by.

I am not chasing daily posting or viral articles.
I only want every post to be real, useful, and thoughtfully written.

What you can get from this blog

If you stay around, here is what you can expect:

  • Tutorials: practical, from-zero guides focused on how to build, not empty theory
  • Pitfall logs: hard-earned lessons so you do not have to repeat the same mistakes
  • Thinking notes: short reflections on technology, products, and AI trends

Whether you are just starting out or already experienced, if you take away even one useful point, I will be happy.

Me outside work

When I am done coding, I like playing basketball. Sweating helps me clear my head and reboot.

During vacations, I love traveling, seeing new places, and trying different food.

I also play CS:GO sometimes. My aim is inconsistent, but queuing with friends is always fun.

What I will write next

Upcoming posts will focus on:

  1. AI engineering in practice: from model deployment to real application delivery, including the mistakes along the way
  2. Cloud and ops notes: containerization, automation, observability, and everyday operations work
  3. Low-code + large models: making AI capability usable for non-technical users
  4. AI video production: full workflow from script writing to visual generation and final editing

Final words

If you made it this far, thank you for your time! 🌹

If any post helps you, or if you have a different perspective, feel free to leave a comment. It is always better to have fellow builders on this road.

Stay passionate. Stay curious. See you in the next post.
